Orientation to my MasterMIND Membership

Welcome, and Thank You for joining Neurolearning Dyslexia! Your MasterMIND Membership gives you access to the following services:

• Annual Member Orientation: If you’ve paid for an annual MasterMIND membership, you’ll receive a one-hour orientation session with one of our Neurolearning Dyslexia experts. We’ll have you fill out a short survey in advance where you can tell us about your main questions, needs, and priorities for your student, then we’ll offer you a tailored orientation to the website and customized recommendations to help you get the most from our services.
• Member Meetup: Each week MasterMIND members will meet together for a live session with Neurolearning Dyslexia’s learning experts. The Experts will start with a short presentation on a topic of interest or a question that has come up in one of the forums or office hours during the previous week, then open the session for discussion on that topic, then any additional questions of general interest. Sessions will be recorded and archived for later reference. Meetup times for upcoming sessions will be posted on the MasterMIND Home page.
• Office Hours: Each week our Neurolearning Dyslexia experts will hold office hours in our Zoom room, where MasterMIND members can come to ask questions about dyslexia, learning, and the education of their student. These sessions are not for offering medical advice or detailed reviews of individual testing or curriculum. Rather, they will focus on:
  • answering questions about the information in our videos, courses or other materials
  • thinking about how to apply your student’s Learning Profile results to any challenges they are facing
  • helping you “put it all together” so you can master a deeper understanding of the strengths and challenges of the dyslexic MIND.

• Live Courses: Periodically we will schedule live courses for our MasterMIND members, where we’ll meet to go through one of the existing or a new course together, so you can have live question and answer sessions as you go through the course. Times for the upcoming sessions will be posted on the MasterMIND home page.
• Ask the Expert AI Chat Assistant: MasterMIND members will also have exclusive 24/7 access to our AI chat assistant. This assistant has been trained with our own proprietary million word dyslexia library specifically to answer questions the ways the Eides would. We monitor customer interactions carefully to verify responses, and follow up if corrections are necessary. This is a great tool to have in hand between office hours sessions, to prepare for office hours, or to verify your understanding of any of our presented material.

  • Our Communities and Forums sections, where those with students in formal classroom settings, homeschoolers, and parents of students in middle school and above who are looking ahead to their future work life can find everything from:
    • online forums where they can meet and talk together and with us;
    • help in designing curricula for homeschoolers
    • our exclusive Career Finder section for dyslexic students
  • Our Student Center, where we offer content intended directly for dyslexic students, to share stories of other individuals with dyslexia, to discuss why dyslexic minds are different, and to describe how they can thrive with their dyslexic kind of mind.
